Defendant-Appellant, Lowell E. Amos, a Michigan state prisoner, appeals the district court's order denying his petition for habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Amos claims his trial was unfairly prejudiced by various forms of prosecutorial misconduct, due process violations, and ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We find that each of Amos's claims lacks merit, while some are procedurally defaulted...
