Defendant-Appellant Ryan James Mudd appeals his conviction and sentence on a single count of possession of a firearm by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Mudd argues that: (1) there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction; and (2) a conflict exists between the district court's oral pronouncement at sentencing and written judgment.
