Defendant Rudolph Jackson conditionally pled guilty to the charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), reserving the right to appeal the district court's denial of his motion to suppress the firearm discovered in the vehicle he was driving.
