WILKINSON, Circuit Judge:

The plaintiff in this case brought a discrimination claim against her former employer under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., for denying her a reasonable accommodation following her foot surgery. The district court dismissed her case after concluding she had failed to exhaust her administrative remedies by not filing her proposed accommodation with the Equal Employment Opportunity...
