Colt Matthew Taylor was sentenced to 24 months in prison after he admitted to violating two conditions of his supervised release. Taylor appeals his sentence arguing that the district court violated Tapia v. United States, ___ U.S. ___, 131 S.Ct. 2382, 180 L.Ed.2d 357 (2011), by imposing a prison sentence for the purpose of allowing him to participate in a drug treatment program.
