Taylor appeals his sentence arguing that the district court violated Tapia v. United States, ___ U.S. ___, 131 S.Ct. 2382, 180 L.Ed.2d 357 (2011), by imposing a prison sentence for the purpose of allowing him to participate in a drug treatment program.
