Defendant-Appellant Dennis Dean Neff entered a conditional guilty plea on one count of traveling in interstate commerce with the intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1952(a)(1). He was sentenced to sixty months' incarceration. Under the terms of the plea agreement, Neff reserved his right to appeal the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence.
