Ronald L. Johnson was convicted of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of crack cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to 300 months' imprisonment. On appeal, Johnson challenges his conviction and sentence on several grounds, arguing that (1) his motion to suppress was improperly denied; (2) the trial judge should have recused himself sua sponte...
