OneBeacon American Insurance Company ("OneBeacon") and American Motorists Insurance Company ("AMICO") were insurers of the B.F. Goodrich Corporation ("Goodrich") and, among others, were liable for environmental cleanup at the Goodrich plant in Calvert City, Kentucky.
