PER CURIAM:

Defendants-Appellants J. Jeffrey Pruett, Louisiana Land & Water Co., and LWC Management, who own and operate numerous wastewater treatment facilities, were charged with knowingly violating the Clean Water Act. After a ten-day trial, Defendants-Appellants were convicted on multiple counts. They now appeal their convictions and sentences. For the reasons stated herein, we AFFIRM.
