Salvador Mendoza pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of federal law. On appeal, Mendoza challenges (1) the district court's1 denial of Mendoza's motion to suppress and (2) his sentence. We affirm.
