Leader Technologies, Inc. ("Leader") appeals from the district court's final judgment in favor of Facebook, Inc. ("Facebook"). The judgment follows a jury trial in which the jury found that Facebook proved that claims 1, 4, 7, 9, 11, 16, 21, 23, 25, 31, and 32 (the "asserted claims") of Leader's U.S. Patent 7,139,761 ("the '761 patent") were invalid under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b).
