Mr. Herman Minkin and H & M Aeronaut Tool Company, Inc. ("H & M") (collectively "Minkin"), allege that the law firm of Gibbons, P.C. ("Gibbons") committed legal malpractice in prosecuting the patent application for a hand tool called "extended reach pliers" ("ERP").
