Rogelio Figuereo-Sanchez, a citizen of the Dominican Republic, has lived in the United States since 1972. In April 2004, he pleaded guilty to, and was sentenced to ninety-six months imprisonment for, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(A)(ii)(II) and 846.
