Petitioner, a state prisoner, appeals the District Court's denial of his habeas corpus petition. We affirm the denial.

Background

In Georgia, Petitioner was tried and convicted of two counts of malice murder and two counts of felony murder. Petitioner received a death sentence for one of the killings and a life imprisonment sentence for the other. The exact reason behind the killings is somewhat unclear, but some evidence shows...
