John Terranova, Devin Baldwin, and Lamar Oliver appeal from a jury verdict finding New York State Troopers Raphael Torres and Aaron Riley (collectively "Troopers") not liable for injuries that appellants, and, with respect to Terranova, the mortal injuries that appellant's decedent Nicholas Terranova, sustained during a traffic stop. Appellants claim that the Troopers violated appellants' Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable seizure...
