John Terranova, Devin Baldwin, and Lamar Oliver appeal from a jury verdict finding New York State Troopers Raphael Torres and Aaron Riley (collectively "Troopers") not liable for injuries that appellants, and, with respect to Terranova, the mortal injuries that appellant's decedent Nicholas Terranova, sustained during a traffic stop.
