ROGERS, Circuit Judge.

Defendant Jesse Carney, Jr. was sentenced to 51 months' imprisonment after entering a conditional guilty plea to charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, making counterfeit money, and passing counterfeit money. Carney appeals the district court's order denying his motion to suppress evidence seized from an apartment and car pursuant to a search warrant.
