Naim Omari Page pled guilty to one count of conspiring to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute more than 100 kilograms of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. At the sentencing hearing, the district court1 denied Page's request for safety valve relief and sentenced him to the 60-month mandatory minimum sentence.
