William Baker pled guilty, pursuant to a written plea agreement, to one count of sexual exploitation of a minor in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a). In the plea agreement, the Government agreed to recommend a sentence at the low end of Baker's advisory sentencing guidelines range. The district court,1 however, imposed a longer sentence, and Baker now appeals, arguing that the Government breached the agreement...
