Michael Mayer appeals the district court's1 denial of his motion for judgment of acquittal and his motion for new trial following a jury trial and guilty verdict for enticing a minor under the age of 18 to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purposes of producing visual depictions of the same, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a) and (e). We affirm.
