Alfredo Homes Susi appeals the sentence imposed following remand for resentencing. In an earlier appeal, we affirmed Susi's convictions on one count of conspiracy to defraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, and multiple counts of aiding and abetting wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343.
