This is an appeal from the sentencing decision of the district court following the defendant-appellant David Goluba's conviction. Goluba was indicted and pleaded guilty, without a written plea agreement, to receipt of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2). Before his sentencing, Goluba filed objections to the district court's calculation of his range under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines of 151 to 188 months....
