Melinda Hernandez pleaded guilty to one count of harboring an undocumented alien for financial gain. Prior to entering her guilty plea, Hernandez filed a motion to suppress any "admissions [and] written or oral statements" that she made following a warrantless search of her residence, as well as any statements made by her boyfriend and an undocumented alien who was found in her home.
