Nicole Howell appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Rob Sanders on the basis of absolute and qualified prosecutorial immunity. Sanders is the Kentucky Commonwealth's Attorney for the Sixteenth Judicial District in Kentucky. Howell, a high school teacher, sued Sanders after a jury acquitted her of criminal charges brought by Sanders's office...
