Plaintiff Alton Bass ("Bass") appeals from the district court's dismissal of his state-law tort claims against Stryker Corporation, Stryker Sales Corporation, and Howmedica Osteonics Corporation, doing business as Stryker Orthopaedics (collectively, "Stryker") pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).
