SMITH, Circuit Judge.

Dennis Dunning conditionally pleaded guilty to being a convicted felon in possession of firearms, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). At sentencing, over Dunning's objection, the district court1 found that Dunning qualified as an armed career criminal under 18 U.S.C. § 924(e). The district court sentenced Dunning to 188 months' imprisonment...
