LaVera Granetha Ashanti appeals the district court's1 grant of summary judgment to the City of Golden Valley (Golden Valley) on her federal and Minnesota constitutional claims arising from a criminal forfeiture proceeding. Because we conclude that Ashanti's claims are barred by res judicata, we affirm.
