A jury found Gregg Allen Pickar guilty of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). Based upon his prior convictions for aggravated robbery and for fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, the district court sentenced Pickar as a career offender to 210 months in prison, the bottom of the advisory guidelines range.
