BEAM, Circuit Judge.

Lakeside Feeders appeals from the district court's1 grant of summary judgment in favor of Producers Livestock Credit Corporation and Producers Livestock Marketing Association (Producers) on Lakeside's state-law claims for fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation and unjust enrichment. We affirm the court's resolution of these state law matters in favor of Producers.
