On September 15, 2009, a jury found Michael Reese, a supervising building inspector for the City of Chicago's Department of Buildings, guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit bribery (18 U.S.C. § 371) and two counts of making false statements to federal agents (18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(2)).
