Darrin Roy Anderson pleaded guilty to one count of traveling with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2423(b). The district court1 sentenced him to 144 months' imprisonment, followed by a lifetime of supervised release.
