Manu Shah pled guilty to two counts of mail fraud and one count of submitting false documents; Shah Engineering pled guilty to one count of mail fraud. See 18 U.S.C. §§ 1001, 1341. Their sentences included an order of restitution of $10 million for which they are jointly and severally liable.
