Pulcherie Tekeu Djadjou, a native and citizen of Cameroon, applied for asylum and withholding of removal under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and protection under the United Nations Convention Against Torture (CAT). The Immigration Judge (IJ) denied all forms of relief, and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) affirmed. Djadjou now petitions this court for review of the BIA's decision.
