Under a written plea agreement containing an appeal waiver, Randal Jennings pleaded guilty to commercial sex trafficking of children, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1591 and 1594(a). The district court1 accepted the guilty plea and sentenced Jennings to 262 months in prison, 15 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
