Plaintiff Stella Wheeler appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment for defendant, Officer Dennis Wirth, on her 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim that he violated her constitutional rights in obtaining a search warrant for, and executing a no-knock search of, her apartment.
