Estonia extradited Marko Rudi to the United States to face charges in federal court for a fraud scheme in which he attempted to obtain kickbacks in return for awarding United States government contracts in Iraq. Rudi pled guilty to one count of major fraud against the United States in exchange for the dismissal of a second wire fraud charge and recommendation of a sentence...
