Ford-Clifton, seeks review of a January 26, 2011 final determination of the Merit Systems Protection Board ("the Board") that: (1) dismissed as untimely her petition for review of the decision issued March 26, 2009; and (2) affirmed the initial decision of the administrative judge ("AJ") dismissing her November 9, 2009 appeal.
