Daniel Siddons pled guilty to a 34-count indictment charging him with various types of fraud. Prior to sentencing, Siddons moved to withdraw his guilty plea, a motion the District Court denied. At sentencing, the Court imposed certain enhancements and varied upward from the recommended Sentencing Guidelines range.
