After a jury trial, Christian Quevedo was convicted of ten counts of submitting false claims against the United States and one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States with respect to claims. The district court sentenced him to forty-six months' imprisonment on each count, to run concurrently, and three years' supervised release. The court also ordered Quevedo to pay restitution.
