Matthew Eric Linngren pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252(a)(2) and (b)(1) and 2256. The district court1 determined that Linngren's previous Minnesota conviction for criminal sexual conduct "relat[ed] to aggravated sexual abuse, sexual abuse, or abusive sexual conduct involving a minor," and that § 2252(b)(1) thus mandated a sentence...
