Christopher Carter pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful possession of a firearm as a previously convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The district court1 sentenced him to a term of 105 months' imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release.
