AnchorBank and Plumb Trust Company, the Trustee for an AnchorBank investment fund, filed a civil suit against Clark A. Hofer, an employee of AnchorBank, alleging that Hofer engaged in a collusive trading scheme in violation of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
