Matthew Marino appeals from his sentencing by Judge Robinson, following a plea of guilty to misprision of felony in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 4. The only issue on appeal involves the district court's order that appellant pay restitution in the amount of $60 million. Appellant argues that the district court's order of restitution was improper because it relied on events occurring outside the relevant time period and the putative victims'...
