Charles Willis appeals substantive and procedural aspects of his 151-month sentence. After initially receiving a much longer term of imprisonment, Willis moved to vacate his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, raising six claims of ineffective assistance of counsel. The district court found merit in one of those claims—that counsel should have challenged the imposition of a career offender...
