Michael Judge pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute the drug "ecstacy," in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846. The district court granted Judge a 24-month downward variance to account for his cooperation with the government, and sentenced Judge to 71 months of imprisonment.
