A jury found defendant Danny Reaves (Reaves) guilty of interfering with interstate commerce by robbing an armored car, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1951 and 2, and using, carrying, brandishing, and discharging a firearm during and in relation to that robbery, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 924(c)(1)(A)(ii) and 2. The district court1 sentenced Reaves to 240 months' imprisonment for the robbery conviction...
