Umeme Raysor appeals from Judge Townes's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Raysor v. United States, No. 03-CV-5418, 2009 WL 2707307 (E.D.N.Y. Aug. 26, 2009). The only issue on appeal is a claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. Appellant alleges that trial counsel failed to advise him as to whether appellant should accept or reject a particular plea offer by the government...
