Lisa Minor appeals from an order to enforce a settlement agreement against her, which she signed after mediation of several lawsuits concerning six family-run real estate partnerships. The procedural history is complex but, in the end, the central question is whether the district court had authority to enter the order in question, which helps bring to a close at least four lawsuits in multiple courts.
