In this case we again address the continuing dispute between Argentina and its various private creditors. In a previous case involving the same parties, we decided that plaintiff-appellant Capital Ventures International ("CVI") may attach Argentina's reversionary interest in the collateral securing certain bonds issued by Argentina.
