The opinion filed on April 27, 2011 and published at 639 F.3d 927 (9th Cir.2011), is AMENDED as follows. In the second paragraph of Section III, the last sentence reads:

"[W]e may reverse if, upon reviewing the record, we have a definite and firm conviction that the district court committed a clear error of judgment in the conclusion it reached upon weighing the relevant factors." United States v. Amezcua-Vasquez...
