Larry C. Cromwell, Jr., pleaded guilty to distributing more than five but less than fifty grams of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court1 granted the government's motion for a three-level acceptance-of-responsibility reduction, determined an advisory Guidelines sentencing range of 120 to 150 months in prison, and sentenced Cromwell to 150 months.
